Producer | Director
Ravi Mishra is an international producer and director based in New Delhi, India, specialising in commercial documentary and factual storytelling.
Originally a photojournalist, Ravi brings over a decade of experience working across India’s diverse social and cultural landscapes. His journalism background informs his work as a producer and director, combining strong editorial integrity with the practical demands of international productions.
Ravi has produced and directed projects for global companies including Google, Apple, Meta, ServiceNow and Zscaler, while also collaborating with international NGOs such as **Médecins Sans Frontières, Save the Children and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
His work spans documentary, journalism and branded storytelling, with projects recognised internationally including an Emmy Award and a Silver World Medal at the New York TV & Film Awards.
Ravi has collaborated with international broadcasters including Discovery Channel, National Geographic, ARTE, ARD, Channel 4 and Al Jazeera.
Deepali Ravi Mishra (DRM)
Senior Researcher | Story Development
Deepali Ravi Mishra, professionally known as DRM, leads research and story development for our productions in India.
Her work focuses on cultural research, environmental issues, and evolving social dynamics in India, particularly stories connected to Gen Z identities and contemporary cultural change.
With a strong background in investigative research and editorial development, DRM specialises in identifying compelling narratives, discovering contributors, and building the editorial foundation for documentary and factual productions.
Working closely with producers and directors, she supports international projects through story research, character discovery, background analysis, and cultural context, ensuring that stories are deeply researched and authentic.
Her research work has supported productions for broadcasters including Discovery Channel, National Geographic, ARTE and ARD, as well as editorial collaborations with global media organisations.
Alex
Research Assistant | Field Support
Alex works as a Research Assistant, supporting the research and development process for documentary and editorial productions.
Working closely with DRM, Alex assists with background research, field information gathering, contributor outreach, and data organisation, helping ensure that projects are supported by accurate and well-structured research.
Alex also contributes to early-stage story exploration, monitoring emerging trends and supporting research around youth culture, social change, and digital communities, which are increasingly important areas of contemporary storytelling.
As part of the research team, Alex helps maintain the efficiency and depth of the research process, allowing productions to move from early investigation to field production with strong editorial preparation.
